Privacy policy

1. Controller

Beverage and More GmbH, Hauptstrasse 60, 2557 Studen, Switzerland, email: info@nebenkosten-rechner.ch. This policy is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Your statement data stays on your device

All information you enter in the tool (properties, units, tenants, meter readings, costs, work reports, bank details) is stored only in your browser's storage on your device. We run no server for this data, receive no copy and cannot see it. If you delete your browser's site data, the statement data is gone too. So back it up regularly with the «Backup» function.

3. Third-party data (tenants)

If you enter personal data of your tenants, you are responsible for it. Only enter what is needed for the statement.

4. Purchase and licence check

Payment is processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland, with group companies in the USA). Stripe processes your name, email address, billing address and payment details under its own privacy policy (stripe.com/ch/privacy). We receive your name, email address, country and the product purchased, but not your full card details. We use your email address to send you the licence key and keep it in our licence list.

The licence key is checked directly in the tool on your device. Nothing is sent to us or to third parties. The transfer of payment data to the USA is based on standard contractual clauses or the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

5. Hosting, fonts and libraries

The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA). When you visit, Netlify processes technically necessary data such as IP address, time and page requested in server logs. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (Google LLC) and the libraries for PDF, QR code and Excel from cdnjs (Cloudflare, Inc.); your IP address is transmitted to these providers.

6. No tracking

We use no advertising, no analytics and no tracking cookies.

7. Email and reminder

If you write to us, we only use your details to answer your enquiry.

If you sign up for the reminder on the German or French home page, we store your email address, the chosen language and the time of sign-up with the form service of Netlify, Inc. (USA). Netlify also technically records your IP address and browser identifier to prevent abuse. We only use this to remind you of Nebenkosten Rechner at most twice a year, before the usual billing dates. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to the reminder or by writing to info@nebenkosten-rechner.ch; we then delete your address.

8. Your rights

You can request information about the purchase data we hold about you, and its correction or deletion unless we are required to keep it. Write to info@nebenkosten-rechner.ch. You manage your statement data yourself in the tool.

9. Changes

We update this policy when the service or the law changes. The version published here applies.

English version. In case of discrepancies, the German version prevails.
