1. Provider
Beverage and More GmbH, Hauptstrasse 60, 2557 Studen, Switzerland («we»). Payment is processed by Stripe.
2. Service
Nebenkosten Rechner is a calculation aid for heating, ancillary and electricity cost statements under Swiss law. The preview is free. The full version is sold as an annual licence for a set number of properties. A property is a building with its own statement, regardless of the number of units and periods.
3. Licence
- The licence is personal and may not be passed on. It is valid on all devices of the buyer.
- The tool is unlocked immediately after payment. After each renewal, the tool fetches the new licence key by itself.
- The licence renews automatically every year until cancelled. You can cancel at any time to the end of the paid period, by email or via the Stripe customer portal.
- You can buy additional properties at any time.
- When the licence ends, your data is kept and the tool switches back to the preview.
4. No legal advice
The tool does not replace legal, tax or accounting advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data entered, for ensuring that the ancillary costs charged are expressly agreed in the lease, and for the statement meeting legal requirements. Check every statement before sending it.
5. Your data
Your statement data is stored only on your device. You are responsible for backups. See the privacy policy.
6. Liability
We are only liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Any further liability, in particular for calculation errors due to incorrect input, lost profit or data loss, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
7. Changes and availability
We develop the tool further and adapt it to changes in the law. We aim for high availability of the website but cannot guarantee it.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Studen BE, unless a mandatory place of jurisdiction applies.
English version. In case of discrepancies, the German version prevails.
